NEWCASTLE ON TYNE EXHIBITION 1887, obverse and reverse silvered electrotype cliches, each set in the gilt tooled case of the medallist Reid & Sons, Newcastle, labels in each identifying the awards for an 'Ambulance Carriage and Stretcher' and a 'Zetland Phaeton', 51mm; together with THE SANITARY INSTITUTE bronze medal, awarded in 1896, for an 'Ambulance Van, St. John's Pattern, ' to Atkinson & Philipson, Newcastle upon Tyne, 40 x 51mm, in its case of issue, very fine and better, an interesting group (3)
