CRIMEA 1854-55, 3 clasps, Alma, Balaklava, Inkermann (Qr. Mr. Chas. M. Foster, 13th Lt. Dragns.) officially impressed naming, good very fine

Although not definitely confirmed as a charger, Foster was promoted Troop Sergeant- Major the day following Balaklava. He was further promoted to Quartermaster on 5 January 1855, but died on the 25th of the same month. This medal was sold at Sotheby's in May 1925.
