Metal flaw on cheek and some light verdigris spots on reverse, otherwise extremely fine and a handsome architectural medalThe Basilica of St. Paul was rebuilt by a team of architects under the control of Luigi Poletti (1793-1869). The work commenced in 1833 and the basilica was consecrated on 4 December 1854.
