ROYAL NAVY LONG SERVICE AND GOOD CONDUCT, 1st issue with Anchor on obverse (James Dunham, Quarter Master, H.M.S. Lucifer, 25 years) nearly very fine

Not recorded by Capt. K.J. Douglas-Morris in 'Naval Medals' (roll incomplete) but the reverse die state and style of engraving indicate an issue from the period 1845-47.
