Hiberno-Norse issues (c.995-c.1150), Hiberno-Norse, Phase III, Penny, two pellets in front of head, two hands in opposing angles of reverse cross,1.00 gms (DF 24; S.6132; same dies as SCBI BM 104 and Lane sale). Very fine, a small patch of verdigris on obverse (c. 8 o’clock)
