Austria, Empire, Order of Franz Joseph, Grand Cross set by Mayer’s Söhne, Wien, comprising sash badge with swords, bronze-gilt and enamels, suspension loop stamped with maker’s name; and breast star with swords and war decoration, in silver, bronze-gilt and enamels, the reverse with maker’s name plate, the body of the star stamped ‘G’, no sash, minor enamel damage, otherwise very fine and scarce (2) £1200-1500
