"MUTUELLE NATIONALE dES MUTILéS Et ANCIENS COMBATTANTS", Protection of the Veterans, uniface Æ plaque by Bargas, 62 x 77mm, named (on reverse) private strike, it seems to be signed H.Bargas, but only Armand, Edmond and Paul Bargas are listed in BDM. Rare, very fine to extremely fine (£40-50)
