Royal Red Cross, 1st class, the reverse officially dated ‘1983’; General Service 1918-62, 1 clasp, Malaya, E.II.R. (Lt., Q.A.R.A.N.C.); General Service 1962, 1 clasp, Northern Ireland (Major, Q.A.R.A.N.C.); Jubilee 1977, the group mounted as worn and sold with a Q.A.R.A.N.C. silver medal, the last polished, otherwise very fine and rare (5)

Anne Tidey was born 19 June, 1932, and first commissioned 1 June, 1955. She was appointed Chief Medical Officer (Nursing), H.Q. Northern Ireland on 27 June, 1983, and promoted to Colonel on 31 October, 1983. She retired on 3 February, 1986.
