Queen’s South Africa 1899-1902, 4 clasps, Belmont, Modder River, Driefontein, Johannesburg (3647 Corl., Gren. Gds.); King’s South Africa 1901-02, 2 clasps (3647 Serjt., Grenadier Guards); Army L.S. & G.C., E.VII.R. (3647 C. Sjt., Gren. Gds.); The Royal Victorian Medal, E.VII.R.., Bronze (Col. Sgt., 3rd Bn. Gren. Gds.) suspension detached above crown, first two with heavy edge bruising and contact wear, therefore about good fine, otherwise nearly very fine (4) £230-260

The Royal Victorian Medal (Bronze) awarded on 7 June 1910 for services at King Edward VII funeral.

Charles Henry Carter a native of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, enlisted into the Grenadier Guards on 7 April 1892, taking his discharge in March 1913. Sold with copied service papers.
