Frank Perry was born in 1861, and worked as a labourer prior to enlisting in London on 21 July 1879, as a Private in No 41 Company. He died aboard H.M.S. CARYSFORT on 29 October 1882, his Egyptian awards being sent to his Mother in May 1883.
