A.F.C. London Gazette 9 December 1949. Flight Lieutenant Anthony Gordon Weller, Royal Air Force. One of only 411 2nd type George VI issues of the Air Force Cross.

Anthony Gordon Weller was born on 19 April 1925; Commissioned, 21 January 1945; Flying Officer, 21 July 1945; Flight Lieutenant, 21 July 1948; Squadron Leader, 1 July 1958; served as Flight Safety Officer, No. 1 Group R.A.F. Bawton; Air Staff, 10 April 1961; Retired 1963. His Air Force Cross was possibly awarded for the Berlin Airlift.
