Indian Mutiny 1857-59, 1 clasp, Central India (Capt. C. B. Fuller, 2nd C. Bombay Reserve Arty.) good very fine £300-350

Charles Boulder Fuller was born on 5 November 1822. He attended Addiscombe and was appointed Ensign in the Bombay Artillery on 11 December 1840, becoming Lieutenant in June 1842. He served during the campaign in the Sind in 1843, and was present at the destruction of the town of Malwassee. Promoted to Captain in July 1852, he was appointed Adjutant and Quartermaster, Artillery, Sind Division, Ordnance, 1852-56. During the Indian Mutiny he was present at the battles of Kota-ke-Serai, Morar, and the recapture of Gwalior (Medal with clasp). Fuller was promoted to General on 31 March 1883, and appointed Colonel Commandant, Royal (Bombay) Artillery, on 12 November 1892. General Fuller died circa 1904-05.
