Jessie McArthur, wife of Charles McArthur (1844-1910), Unionist MP for Liverpool Exchange 1897-1906 and Liverpool Kirkdale 1907-10. The McArthurs, who lived at New Brighton, Cheshire, were included in a list of 24 British MPs who took part in the 1899 tour, published in The Weekly Nation, 13 May 1899.
