Loyal United West and East Ham Volunteers Medal 1804, an oval engraved medal with double stepped border, 53mm x 43mm, silver (no hallmarks), the obverse featuring the arms and crest of Sir John Henniker, Bt., surrounded by a garter inscribed ‘Loyal United West and East Ham Volunteers’, below ‘Associated 1798’, the reverse inscribed ‘Presented by Sr. John Henniker Bt. for the Best Shot at a Target 1804’, scroll above inscribed ‘Deus Major Columna’, with loop suspension, very fine £160-200
