Aurelius Sam Wood was British born, in October 1874. He resided at ‘40 Musgrave Road, Petrie Terrace, Brisbane, Australia’ and attested for the Australian Naval & Military Expeditionary Force, 2 May 1918. He served in Rabaul, New Guinea, and was discharged 9 August 1919 (BWM is his full entitlement).
