Reginald Tom Moore was born in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, and attested for the Royal Field Artillery at Bath. He served during the Great War with D Battery, 91st Brigade, R.F.A. on the Western Front from 24 July 1915, and was killed in action on 1 December 1917. Originally buried in Fifteen Ravine British Cemetery, his grave was not located after the War and so he is now commemorated on the Cambrai Memorial, France.
