Sir Stephen Lushington, 1st Baronet (1744-1807) of South Hill Park in Easthampstead, Berkshire, was an English Member of Parliament and Chairman of the East Indian Company during the years 1790-1791, 1795-1796 and 1799-1800. He was created a baronet on 26th April 1791.
