RHA); Turkish Crimea, British issue, unnamed, fitted with Crimea scroll suspension, edge bruising, otherwise nearly very fine or better and a scarce group (4) £1000-1200
James Mallett served in the Crimea with “I” Troop R.H.A. which was ‘attached to the Cavalry Division under the Command of General Lord Lucan’ at Balaklava and Inkermann. He is shown as serving with “E” Troop R.H.A. at Lucknow. Sold with copied rolls confirming all Crimean clasps.
