Provenance: Glendining’s, June 1986, which sale also offered the rare Africa campaign group to his brother, Sub-Commissioner K. McDougall, which included medals for Juba River 1893 and the Imperial British East Africa Company.

Both clasps confirmed for service as 3rd Engineer aboard S.S. India, British India Steam Company.
