Miss Vivien Irene Joy Clifford received the M.V.O. 5th Class (Ladies) on 31 December 1981, for services as Secretary to the Land Steward, Central District, Duchy of Cornwall.

Sold with Statutes of the Royal Victorian Order, with accompanying Central Chancery letter addressed to her; and Invitation to a service of The Royal Victorian Order at St George’s Chapel, Windsor, 10 April 1987, together with the Order of Service.
