A silver open faced Boer War presentation Pocket Watch, by Lancashire Watch C. Ltd., London & Prescot, the white enamel dial signed, with black Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, the reverse (inside case) inscribed ‘Presented to Private T. Moore 1st. V.B. S.L. Regt., for services in the South African War 1900-1901’, hallmarks for Chester 1901, and stamped TPH, watch diameter 53mm, apparently in working order and good condition £160-200
