Surfaces slightly porous, otherwise good very fine with a portrait of high artistic merit; this specimen UNIQUE to commerce £5,000-6,000
Chick lists three examples of his type 9, the third however has no spray by the bust and should be included in type 10. Both the others are in museums; the Drabble specimen is in the National Museum of Wales, while the Ashmolean coin is ex Lockett and Carlyon-Britton
