John Baliol, First coinage, Halfpenny, probably Berwick, mullet of six points in second and third quarters, 0.65g/10h (Holmes and Stewartby H1/–; SCBI 35, –; cf. B 12a, fig. 212A; S 5069A). Reverse probably from an Alexander III die, small edge chip, otherwise good fine, excessively rare £300-400

In their article in BNJ 2010, Holmes and Stewartby list only five known coins of this type, one in the British Museum, two in the National Museum of Scotland and two in Lord Stewartby’s collection, leaving this as perhaps the only specimen available to commerce
