Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Halfcrown, Gp II, type 2a, mm. plume, second horseman, oval scroll-garnished shield, large lis over rose between c r above, 14.70g/2h (Bull 102/10; SCBI Brooker 300; N 2205; S 2769). Slightly weak in places, otherwise better than very fine, lightly toned £500-£600
