Memorial Plaque (2) (William John Daniels; Ernest Joseph Daniels) good very fine (2) £70-£90
William John Daniels was born in Landrake, Cornwall, and attested for the Royal Garrison Artillery at Saltash, Cornwall. He served with 260th Siege Battery during the Great War, and was killed in action on the Western Front on 18 September 1918. He is buried in Hancourt British Cemetery, France.

Ernest Joseph Daniels was born in Hackney, Middlesex, and attested for the Machine Gun Corps at Hornchurch, Essex. He served with the 29th Battalion during the Great War, and was killed in action on the Western Front on 22 October 1918. He is buried in Harlebek New British Cemetery, Belgium.
