William Black attested for the King’s Own Scottish Borderers and served with the 6th Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front from 12 May 1915. He was wounded in action on 1 September 1916, and was subsequently discharged, being awarded a Silver War Badge.
Leonard Heason attested for the Scottish Rifles on 25 January 1915 and served with the 10th Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front from 9 August 1915. He was wounded in action, and was subsequently discharged on account of his wounds on 4 July 1917, being awarded a Silver War Badge.
Sold with copied Medal Index Card and other research.
Anthony R. Dunnachie attested for the Scottish Rifles and served during the Great War attached to ‘D’ Company, 1st Battalion Cameron Highlanders. He was wounded in action on the Western Front on 17 April 1917.
