Private W. Daniels, Royal West Kent Regiment
British War and Victory Medals (G-38608 Pte. W. Daniels. R.W. Kent R.) scratches to obverse of BWM, very fine (7) £70-£90

David E. Daniels attested for the East Kent Regiment and served with them during the Great War, subsequently transferring to the Royal West Surrey Regiment. He saw further action with the Queen’s during the Waziristan campaign 1919-21 (entitled to an India General Service Medal with clasp Waziristan 191-21).

Horace (Harry) Charles Daniels attested for the Hampshire Regiment and served with them during the Great War. He was subsequently employed in the Home Civil Service and was awarded his Imperial Service Medal upon his retirement as a Technical Officer in the Portsmouth Telephone Area in 1953 (London Gazette 8 January 1954).

William Daniels attested for the Royal West Kent Regiment and served with the 6th Battalion during the Great War.
