Alfred Joseph Daniels was employed with the Ministry of Defence Royal Navy Branch as a Professional and Technology Officer 3rd Grade at Birmingham, and was awarded the Imperial Service Medal in 1975 (London Gazette 7 January 1975). He was also apparently a President and then a Past-President of a branch of the B’nai B’rith Jewish Service Organisation, the oldest Jewish service organisation in the word.
