1914 Star (11835 Pte. J. Boulton. K.O. Sco: Bord.) very fine £70-£90

John Thomas Boulton was born in Cardiff, and attested for the King’s Own Scottish Borderers at Bolton, Lancashire. He served with the 2nd Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front from 11 September 1914, and was killed in action on 14 September 1915. He is buried in Carnoy Military Cemetery, France.
