Michael Noble was born in Dublin and attested there for the Royal Dublin Fusiliers. He served with the 1st Battalion during the Great War in the Gallipoli theatre of War from 25 April 1915, and was killed in action that day- the first day of the Gallipoli landings. He is buried in V Beach Cemetery, Turkey.
