Waterloo 1815 (Corp. Samuel Peters, 1st Batt. 95th Reg. Foot.) fitted with replacement steel clip, neatly fitted over small hole drilled at 12 o’clock, and contemporary silver bar suspension, minor edge bruising and a few scratches, otherwise very fine £1,800-£2,200
Served in Captain Lee’s Company of the 1st Battalion. He also served throughout the Peninsula and is entitled to the M.G.S. medal with eleven clasps for Busaco, Fuentes D’Onor, Ciudad Rodrigo, Badajoz, Salamanca, Vittoria, Pyrenees, Nivelle, Nive, Orthes and Toulouse (this medal not recorded on the market).
