An Imperial German Reichs Marine Naval Officer’s Sword. A very fine Reichs Marine naval officer’s sword having an absolutely mint bright etched blade with naval and floriated patterns made by Carl Eickhorn with the early trademark. Twin folded shell guards, celluloid grip all complete with minor cracks all grip wire complete. Good deep casting foliage and naval fouled anchor to the folding shell guard. All contained in its correct leather and brass gilded mounted scabbard, the scabbard leather undamaged, undented fittings to the scabbard. Green and red jewelled eyes to the lion’s head, very good condition £800-£1,200
