Memorial Plaque (Harry Bentley Herbert) very fine £60-£80

Harry Bentley Herbert served during the Great War as a Second Lieutenant, Indian Army Reserve of Officers, and was killed in action on the Western Front on 22 May 1915. He has no known grave, and is commemorated on the Neuve-Chapelle Memorial, France.
