William Mullard, the son of Mr. & Mrs. D. Mullard of High Street, Camberley, and the husband of Mrs. M. Mullard of, 29 Cross Street, Camberley, Surrey, attested for the London Regiment and served with the 8th Battalion (Post Office Rifles) during the Great War on the Western Front. He was killed in action on 3 May 1917, and having no known grave is commemorated on the Arras Memorial, France.
