Arthur Golder was born in Willington, Bedfordshire, and attested for the King’s Own Royal Lancaster Regiment. He served with the 9th Battalion during the Great War in Salonika, and was killed in action on 28 April 1917, aged 21. He is buried in Karasouli Military Cemetery, Greece.

James Ernest Horsman attested for the Lancashire Fusiliers at Rochdale, Lancashire, and served with the 1st/5th Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front. He was killed in action on 25 March 1918. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Arras Memorial, France.

Henry George Weston was born in Flitwick, Bedfordshire, and attested there for the Bedfordshire Regiment. He transferred to the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment, and served with the 9th Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front. He was killed in action at the Battle of the Somme on 26 August 1916. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial, France.
