Cnut (1016-1035), Penny, Quatrefoil type, Cambridge, Cniht, cyint on grant ·, London ‘C late’ style, bust with aquiline nose, rev. quatrefoil almost round, 0.82g/9h (SCBI Estonia 515, same dies; Jacob 431 and Myntgalleriet 1995, 484, same obv. die; cf. BEH 1020; N 781; S 1157). Very fine with a good portrait, bright £240-£300
