Thomas O’Rourke was born at Mostrim, County Longford and enlisted at Longford. He was killed in action in France and Flanders on 12 April 1917 whilst serving with the 2nd Battalion, Leinster Regiment. His name is commemorated on the Arras Memorial, France.
