Household Battalion (WWI) a small gilt wood framed collection of badges comprising an other ranks cap badge, two large and two small buttons, HB conjoined shoulder title and a plain brass crown, a white on red cloth shoulder title ‘HOUSEHOLD BATTN’ (frame not opened for inspection), together with a full length photograph of Francis Charles Adelbert Henry NEEDHAM, 4th Earl of Kilmorey in his 1911 Coronation robes. Kilmorey then in the Life Guards was appointed 2 i/c of the Household Battalion when it was formed in September 1916 in the rank of Major. good condition (2) £50-80
