A late 19th century Austro-Hungarian enamelled and gem set eagle pendant, modelled as an eagle with half furled wings, decorated front and back with white and black enamel feather detail and red enamelled beak and talons, the breast composed of a blister pearl and mixed-cut sapphire cluster, the eagle seated on a mixed-cut ruby set branch; suspending a pear-shaped cultured pearl drop below, the whole on a seed pearl set double chain suspension, to a textured bale, on a fine fetter and belcher-link chain necklace, pendant length 72mm. £200-£300
