Accompanied by four Forevermark plastic report cards, nos. 5519313, 1930895, 5575038 and 3790112, all dated to May-June 2017, which give the weights of the principal brilliant-cut diamonds as 0.102, 0.105, 0.106 and 0.015 respectively.
