A collection of opal jewellery, comprising an opal single-stone ring, an opal and seed pearl stick pin, converted from a 19th century jewel, designed as an insect set with an opal cabochon, and with seed pearl and peridot eyes, a heart-shaped mosaic pendant, 1973, inlaid with opal slices, the reverse set with polished onyx, mounted in 9ct gold, UK hallmark, indistinct maker’s mark, and an opal-doublet and diamond bar brooch, circa 1890; first: ring size L; second: length 50mm; third: length 56mm; fourth: length 38mm.
