Simon, King on horseback left, trampling arms, no date, signed s (or t over s) on cuirass on ground, carolvs d g mag brit fran et hib rex, rev. qvos devs, hand issuing from clouds holding cord linking a rose and a thistle, 28mm, 5.76g (Platt I, p.151, type D; MI I, 283/93; E 134b). Very fine and toned, rare £600-£800
