Edward III (1327-1377), Pre-Treaty period, Quarter-Noble, class Gb/E mule, mm. cross pattée, annulet stops both sides, ns barred on obv. only, pellet in centre of rev., reads in ghloria, 1.88g/3h (LAL 1/–; SCBI Schneider 5; N 1162; S 1498/7). Surfaces slightly scuffed, otherwise good fine, scarce £300-£360
