Oxford plume on obv. only, Shrewsbury horseman riding over arms and armour, Oxford plume behind, mark of value and three Oxford plumes above Declaration, date below, group of seven pellets before legend, 120.46g/10h (Morr. B-1; SCBI Brooker 863A, same dies; N 2398; S 2940). Neatly struck and well-centred, possibly lightly cleaned, otherwise very fine and toned, rare £6,000-£8,000
