Peter McMullen was born in the Parish of Down, County Down, and enlisted into the 27th Foot on 7 January 1814, and was discharged on 25 December 1815, in consequence of ‘both arms being amputated at the Battle of Waterloo on 18 June 1815.’ Sold with copied discharge papers.
