(b) Indian Mutiny 1857-59, 1 clasp, Defence of Lucknow (Alfred Pearce)contact marks, otherwise very fine and better

Ex-Gunner Alfred Pearce, an original defender of the Lucknow Residency, was thus listed as a member of the garrison by L. E. R. Rees: ‘Pearce, Uncovenanted Service, Artillery, wife and two children.’
