Charlie Camery was born in Marshfield, Monmouthshire and living in Bath, enlisted at Weston-super-Mare. Serving with the 1st Battalion Royal Dublin Fusiliers, he was killed in action on 21 March 1918. He was buried in the St. Emilie Valley Cemetery at Villers-Faucon, Somme.
