Tom Clarke was born at Wesson, Northamptonshire, and served with the 4th Rifle Brigade in Burma from 13 December 1888 to 16 May 1889. He was transferred to Army Reserve on 6 May 1890. Also entitled to clasp ‘Burma 1889-92’.
