Percy Heppenstall attested into the East Yorkshire Regiment and served during the Great War with the 1st Battalion on the Western Front from 8 September 1914. He was discharged time expired on 1 January 1916.

Joseph Perry attested into the Army Service Corps for service during the Great War and served on the Western Front from 24 April 1915. He was discharged Class ‘Z’ on 8 June 1919.
