A cultured pearl and diamond necklace by Cartier, 1985, the slightly graduated cultured pearls alternating with polished gold collets and leading to an openwork frontispiece with Arabic script reading ‘Allah’ and set throughout with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18ct gold, signed ‘Cartier’, numbered, London hallmark, maker’s mark JC’, with additional cultured pearls and gold spacers, fitted case, total diamond weight approximately 2.10 carats, length 39cm.
